Short Game League

The league

About

A chipping contest with just enough structure to crown a champion before lunch.

Short Game League is what golfers already do when the round is over and nobody wants to leave the chipping green. We put a clock on it, a score on it, and a purse at the end of it.

Each event is one day in Florida. We build a short-game course around a practice area: different lies, a bunker, a couple of silly-but-serious obstacles, and rings at one, two, and three feet. You hit three balls, you walk, you do it again. Then the top of the board plays a knockout. Closest to the hole wins.

It is not a par-3 tour and it is not a putting league. If your favorite part of the game is the 15 yards around the green, you're in the right place.
